SALES CONSULTANT/ESTIMATOR
- With minimum of 2-5 years of experience with all types in Construction & Remodeling in Residential & Commercial Projects.
- Act as the single point of contact with the customer for all types of remodeling service requests, Knowledge of Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring Remodeling and many others.
- Set appointments with potential customers to visit their homes and go over floor plan, take measurements and bid for Residential / Commercial Projects.
- Must be strong closer, Computer skills, Familiar with MS Office Programs, & other software.
- Emails and Follow up with customers to close estimates given, Self starter, Ability to build rapport with clients, Strong Negotiation skills, Organized, Ability to cost jobs and mark up pricing with profit, Coordinate and Assist office admin with Installation time and Communication schedule, Communicate with customer needs/expectations to make jobs go smoothly, Go back to finished jobs on day of completion for final walk through and pick up final payment, Re-visit finished jobs (5-10) days to inspect, take reference pictures, ask for referrals and review on google and other social media platform.
- Sales Job is strictly on commission. Potential to earn from $75000-$150,000 depending on effort and ability. (Male/Female).(Full time/Part time)

PROJECT MANAGER
- Minimum with five years of experience in Construction Industry.
- Able to finish Commercial Projects independently, bids, Manage crews, Familiar with the Architectural drawings.
- Participate in construction scheduling, project coordination, as well as making/gathering scopes and project schedules for subcontractors
- Consistently communicate with subcontractors and team members regarding scheduling, safety, quality, performance standards and construction methods; transparency is key. Familiar with MS Office programs, and other software.
- Inform the Management on a daily basis regarding the process, plans, and problems that could affect costs and/or schedules
- Thorough understanding of all project specifications and the contract
- Ensure that subcontract work meets quality requirements set by the owners and complies with industry standards/requirements

- Commitment to meet project timelines, Attention to detail, Customer service experience, Excellent work ethic Competitive compensation. All installation requirements must be met and the installer must be in good standing.

- For complete Residential/Commercial Projects all over DFW metroplex for all cities.
- Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
- Minimum of 5 years experience installing Flooring, Kitchens ,Bathrooms, Fencing, Outdoor Patio, Pergola, Roofing etc. General Liability Insurance Policy, Vehicle, Trailer or Transportation to transport pick up and drop at job sites.
- Auto insurance policy, licensure where required by law and flooring installation tools.
- Subcontractors are PAID on a percentage basis, by job types having W9 form.
- Legal Valid Work Permit, No Prior Convictions, Work from (Mon-Sat)
